During her twenty-year career, she has worked with clients worldwide. Nagelschneider's clients include celebrities and other public figures in need of consultation for their cats' behavioral problems. Included among them are Charlize Theron and the Barbi Twins. Nagelschneider has also consulted the owners of some famous cats, including the owner of Homer, a blind rescue featured in the book, ''Homer's Odyssey: A Fearless Feline Tale, or How I Learned about Love and Life with a Blind Wonder Cat''.
